I admit there’s nothing inherently mindful about any old chunk of wood. I’ll go out on a limb to declare - I believe wooden blocks support mindfulness in many undiscovered ways.
One of the main reasons I started Oddblocks is to explore the intangible benefits of wooden blocks and thoughtful play. Along the way, I’ve come to appreciate the unexpected ways mindful practice manifests in daily life - often as pleasant little surprises. This year, I’ve been focused on making mindfulness a core part of my life. If someone guesses correctly, every player except them and the player acting out the scene has to take a drink.First of all, I’d like to say I’m grateful you’re here! If nobody guesses correctly, the player acting out the scene must take a drink. The other players then have to try and guess the film within 30 seconds.
